Reporting a Conduct Concern – What HAC Families Need to Know

If you have a conduct concern that may violate Swim Ontario’s policies, including the Swim Ontario Code of Conduct, please report it directly to Swim Ontario. Clubs, including the Hamilton Aquatic Club, are not permitted to manage or investigate these complaints.

In urgent situations where someone is at immediate risk or if the issue may be criminal in nature, please contact emergency services first. Once immediate safety is addressed, report the concern to Swim Ontario.
