Sign-In Location

  • Sign in for your shift in the Committee Room (across from the Cafe upstairs). 
  • You can leave your belongings in this room.

Important Notes

  • Bring a reusable water bottle and indoor deck shoes.

Apparel Guidelines

  • Timers, Chief Timer, Awards, and Runners: Black bottoms and white tops.

  • All other on-deck positions: Black bottoms and red tops.

Arrival Timing

Senior Officials for Session 1 (Senir Officials - Competition Coordinator, Referee, Starter, Chief Recorder, Chief Timer, Admin Desk):

  • Arrive 1.5 hour prior to warm-up for setup

  • Check in with meet management and conduct equipment checks.

  • All other officials may arrive in time for the Officials briefing at the start of warm-up in the Committee Room (upstairs, across from the Cafe).

Senior Officials for Sessions 2-5 (Referee, Starter, Chief Recorder, Chief Timer, Admin Desk, Safety Marshall):

  • Arrive 45 minutes prior to warm-up.

  • Check in with meet management and conduct equipment checks.

  • All other officials may arrive in time for the Officials briefing at the start of warm-up in the Committee Room (upstairs, across from the Cafe)..

Safety Marshals:

  • Briefing is 30 minutes prior to warm-up ON DECK.

  • Check in at the Meet Management Desk in the Committee Room and then go directly to the Admin Desk on Deck (tables by the blocks).

  • Meet briefing with the Referee 30 minutes prior to warm-ups.

  • Collect your safety vests at the Admin Desk (on the pool deck) and be in position 15 minutes prior to the start of warm-up

  • Note: Lifeguards cannot allow swimmers to begin warm-up until both Safety Marshals are on deck.

Officials/Coaches Food:

  • Check in with the Meet Management Desk upon arrival.

  • Set up snacks for officials and coaches.

  • Set out meal for officials that are working back-to-back sessions.
