To enroll in this groups, swimmers are required to be able to swim 50 meters (2 lengths) of the pool and are comfortable swimming freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke

To enroll in this group, swimmers are required to be able t swim 25 meters (1 length of the pool and are comfortable swimming freestyle and backstroke

No swim skills are necessary! Coaches are in the water with this group
