Pool: Arena power fins, Stretchcordz 8" parachutes, Speedo power paddles, snorkel, standard kick board, mesh bag, ankle band, pull buoy, 2 pair goggles, 2 caps, 2 practice suits and a water bottle.

DRYLAND: Skipping ropes, mini & long bands, roller, lacrosse ball, yoga mat.

Level 3 Black & Gold

Pool: Arena power fins, Speedo power paddles, Snorkel, standard kick board, ankle band, mesh bag, ankle band, pull buoy, 2 pair goggles, 2 caps, 2 practice suits and a water bottle.

Level 1 & 2 Black and Gold

Pool: Speedo short blade fins, Finis agility paddles (not required for Level 1 Black), Jr. snorkel, Finis Jr. kick board, mesh bag, Jr. pull buoy, 2 pair goggles, 2 caps, 2 practice suits and a water bottle.

Age Group Development and Age Group FLEX

Pool: Speedo short blade fins, Finis agility paddles (not required for Level 1 Black), Jr. snorkel, Finis Jr. kick board, mesh bag, Jr. pull buoy, 2 pair goggles, 2 caps, 2 practice suits and a water bottle.

Jr. Competitive Gold

Pool: Jr. Finis kickboard, Speedo short blade fins, Jr. pull buoy, Jr. snorkel, hockey puck, ankle band, mesh bag, 2 pairs of goggles, 2 caps, 2 practice suits, and a water bottle.

Jr. Competitive Silver & Bronze

Pool: Jr. Finis kickboard, Speedo short blade fins, Jr. pull buoy, a hockey puck, a mesh bag, 2 pairs of goggles, 2 caps, 2 practice suits, and a water bottle

*ALL Competitive & Jr. Competitive groups are required to have a HAC Jacket OR Hoodie, HAC Cap, HAC T-Shirt for all meets.
